About the Captain

Captain Andy Cotton is a native Floridian and specializes in light tackle, artificial lure and fly fishing. Andy is a full-time guide and works out of CB’s Saltwater Outfitters on Siesta Key. Capt. Andy is also a part of the DOA Fishing Lures pro-staff

He has been fishing Florida waters his entire life, born in Haines City, FL. Andy started to fish the area’s fresh water lakes for Largemouth Bass at a very young age. In 1983 he moved to the Sarasota/Bradenton area and took a deep interest in local saltwater fishing. 

When not guiding he can be found scouting for fish or enjoying a day on the water with his wife, Dawn.He is an avid outdoorsman who also enjoys hunting, archery and photography.

Capt. Andy is a member of the IFFF International Fly Fishing Federation and the Mangrove Coast Fly Fishers Club. He has been a member of the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) for several years.

He was the winner of the CCA Sarasota “Fall Fly fishing challenge” Redfish division in 2006 and was the
CCA “Photo All-Release Challenge” Fly division champion in 2012 and 2017 Open Division Winner for Seatrout

Tarpon is one of the captain’s favorite fish to to persue and he has placed 2nd in the Sarasota Sportfishing Anglers Club Tournament

My flats skiff provides a comfortable dry ride and plenty of storage.

Well equipped with a Motorguide Xi5 trolling motor, Simrad electronics, 8ft power pole and USCG approved safety equipment.

From fishing the shallow flats for Reds and Snook or the beaches for Tarpon, the “O’Fish All” does it all.
